Getting started
How does this actually work?
You schedule an appointment, and we reach out to answer any questions and find a day that works to visit your school. From there, we come to your school in person and get your players set up with their own fundraising pages, and we handle the reminder emails, tracking, and payment processing from that point on. You don't have to run anything day to day.
Is there a contract?
There's no long-term commitment or lock-in contract. We agree on your fundraiser's goal and end date up front, and our fee only applies to what's actually raised — nothing owed if you decide not to move forward.
What does it cost to get started?
Nothing upfront. We take 7.5% of what's raised — that's it. If your fundraiser raises $0, you owe us $0.
How long does setup take?
We visit your school in person to help players create their accounts, so it's typically done in a single visit. After that, players can keep signing up on their own using their team's link.
Money and payouts
How do we actually get paid?
Donations are collected securely through Stripe. Once your fundraiser wraps up (or on a schedule we agree on), we transfer your team's share directly to you, minus our 7.5% fee.
Is donor payment info safe?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store anyone's card details.
Can a donation be refunded?
Donations are final and generally not refundable, except in the case of a genuine processing error like a duplicate charge.
Running the fundraiser
What if our season ends early, or we need more time?
Just reach out and we'll adjust your fundraiser's end date — no extra cost.
How do families and donors find out about it?
Each player gets their own shareable link and adds their own family and network contacts, who receive a short, automated series of reminder emails over the course of the fundraiser.
How do coaches keep track of progress?
Coaches get an automated weekly email update showing total raised, days left, and every player's individual progress — no logging in required.
Do we have to do anything technical?
No. We build and manage everything — the pages, the emails, the payment processing. Your only job is coaching.
