A couple days before we visit, you send every player home with a flyer we provide — it takes their parent a couple minutes to create the account and add supporters, getting the player ready before we arrive.
We show up in person, help make sure every player is set up correctly, finish creating their personal fundraising page, and answer whatever questions come up — so the fundraiser is ready to go live before we leave.
Throughout the campaign, we automatically send friendly reminder emails to the family and friends players add, so fewer donations slip through the cracks.
From day one to the final dollar, we manage the fundraiser ourselves and send you a weekly report so you always know where things stand — no extra work on your end.
Once the fundraiser wraps up, we transfer everything you've raised straight to your account.
